Recruitment and Selection Manager

About the role

TP Group, formerly Teleperformance, is looking for a full-time, on-site Recruitment and Selection Manager in Santo Domingo. The manager supervises the day-to-day management of a city team, driving internal department metrics and keeping internal and external clients satisfied with the agent recruitment and selection process. The role partners with business leaders on talent needs, supports onboarding, implements process improvements and works with training teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the recruitment and selection process from recruitment through to the start of product training.
• Control department KPIs such as FIR, CPH, NHP, sourcing, recruitment, e-satisfaction and new hire success.
• Launch recruitment and selection processes for each hiring request received via the Employment Requisition Form (ERF), following the BEST process.
• Negotiate hiring capacity and seasonality with the Planning and WFM department.
• Implement improvement actions for KPIs, propose and run the yearly department budget, and report monthly results to the Director or Senior Manager.
• Ensure proper use of R&S systems, act as Recruiting Coordinator when needed, and achieve BEST R&S process certification.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration, human resources, call center management, performance management and/or recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Santo Domingo and the Dominican Republic.
• Fluent English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

• Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including full-cycle recruitment.
• Analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and track KPIs.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leadership, decision-making under pressure, time management and excellent communication skills.
