Supply Planning Analyst – KPI & BI Reporting

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will design, develop and continuously improve reporting, KPI visibility and advanced analytics that support Costa Farms’ supply planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Working closely with Supply Planning, Operations, Horticulture, Sourcing, Finance and IT, the analyst will deliver actionable dashboards, automate reporting and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, scorecards and automated analytics for supply planning and IBP.
• Develop, monitor and report on core supply planning KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels and planning performance.
• Design rapid‑review reporting solutions that support root‑cause analysis and scenario modelling.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for all supply planning metrics and reporting.
• Build automated exception and risk‑identification tools to highlight supply and inventory issues.
• Conduct 80/20 analytics to prioritize high‑impact opportunities and corrective actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Establish KPI definitions, reporting standards and data‑governance processes.
• Identify and resolve data‑quality issues that affect reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, analytics or operations planning.
• Strong background in Power BI, data modelling, dashboard development and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, perishables or production planning is preferred.
