About the role

The position combines driving responsibilities with logistics assistance, ensuring that food, materials, tools and equipment are received, stored, and delivered efficiently. The role supports multiple program units by managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and preparing operational reports.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, register and store goods (food, materials, tools, equipment) and related documentation.
• Deliver supplies to program centers from the Convoy of Hope warehouse and other sites.
• Operate special equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic loaders for loading, unloading and arranging inventory.
• Enumerate and process orders for various administrative units (logistics, administration, nutrition, women empowerment, agriculture).
• Conduct periodic inventories to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Promote correct use of safety equipment and ensure a clean, safe workplace.
• Prepare reports on activities, travel expenses, schedules, routes and accountability.
• Handle truck and forklift operations as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Required profile

• Engineering studies with training in food handling and storage, inventory systems and inventory management.
• Minimum three years of experience in inventory and warehouse management (OSFL or similar).
• Valid Category 3 driver’s license for 4x4 trucks.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
