About the role
The Deputy Manager of Asset Valuation will support the bank in assessing project proposals and pre‑projects, ensuring that the real value, profitability of credit guarantees and technical feasibility are accurately determined.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate in the evaluation of projects and pre‑projects submitted to the bank.
- Verify the real value and profitability of guarantees attached to credit facilities.
- Assess the technical feasibility of the projects under review.
- Maintain and update the registry of authorized appraisers and surveyors.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in using a personal computer.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
- Current knowledge of surveying, appraisal and cadastral matters.
