About the role
As a Property Management Bookkeeper you will bring financial clarity to U.S. residential real‑estate portfolios. Based onsite in Santo Domingo, you will manage rent rolls, tenant ledgers, reconciliations and overall property accounting while supporting a South Florida client.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate DoorLoop records, including tenant information, leases, unit statuses, recurring charges, work orders and reports.
- Handle full bookkeeping cycle: accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor bills, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, deposits and month‑end close support.
- Prepare and update delinquency reports, rent rolls, A/R and A/P reports and other recurring management reports.
- Research and correct accounting discrepancies and ensure timely financial visibility.
- Receive, document and dispatch tenant maintenance requests, coordinate internal teams and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate outside‑vendor schedules, track invoices and maintain supporting documentation such as W‑9s, COIs and receipts.
- Provide first‑line administrative support to tenants for ledger inquiries, payments, portal access and scheduling.
- Escalate substantive tenant issues and support move‑ins, renewals, move‑outs, security‑deposit accounting and recurring charge setup.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or property‑management administration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Familiarity with property‑management and accounting software; DoorLoop experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
