About the role

The Submanager of Third‑Party Relations and Data Analysis will lead the outsourced staffing function for a major bank in the Dominican Republic. The role ensures that recruitment strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, establish and supervise outsourced recruitment processes in accordance with contractual agreements with suppliers.
• Guide the team to provide the bank with qualified talent for approved vacancies across multiple job levels.
• Advise unit leaders on recruitment, labor relations, talent acquisition policies and external hiring procedures.
• Ensure onboarding of third‑party staff complies with regulations, internal policies and bank objectives.
• Monitor compliance of subcontractor talent acquisition with the "Know Your Employee" program.
• Maintain internal controls, policies and procedures related to third‑party workforce management.
• Oversee invoice verification and payment to service providers, ensuring billed amounts match delivered services.
• Update and maintain the master data file for outsourced employees, covering business lines, costs, contacts, IDs, supervisors, entry/exit dates and financial details.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising outsourced staffing functions within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor relations and internal compliance frameworks.
• Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of banking recruitment regulations and internal policies.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial controls.
• Proficiency in data maintenance and reporting tools.
