Subcontralor(a) – Finanzas y Contabilidad en Hotel Todo Incluido

About the role

The Subcontralor(a) will oversee accounting and financial operations for Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa, a full‑service all‑inclusive hotel. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures accurate financial reporting, internal audit compliance and effective cost control within the hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor financial controls to safeguard assets.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets and forecasts for the resort.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure compliance with all‑inclusive pricing and cost structures.
• Support external auditors and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably all‑inclusive.
• Previous experience in internal audit or financial control.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with leadership capability.
