Collections Manager

About the role

One Park Dominicana is seeking a driven, strategic, and results‑oriented Collections Manager to lead and optimise its growing collections and recovery team. You will oversee daily collections operations, drive performance against recovery goals, and ensure best‑in‑class customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team handling inbound and outbound communications (calls, texts, emails) with small business owners.
• Monitor KPIs, improve processes and implement effective recovery strategies while maintaining compliance.
• Motivate and coach team members, manage confidential information and handle multiple priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in collections.
• Advanced English proficiency and call‑center experience.
• Experience managing and coaching teams with a consultative sales approach.

• Client relationship management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
