Financial & Cost Analyst

About the role

Cigar Rings is seeking a Financial & Cost Analyst to join its Finance team. The role focuses on analyzing data, understanding manufacturing costs, and supporting strategic decisions with financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product costs, labor efficiency, material consumption, and profitability.
• Prepare financial, cost, and KPI reports for management.
• Perform variance analysis and cost control activities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Partner with Operations and other departments to improve business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• English proficiency preferred.
