Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor supports the Spa Director in daily operations, ensuring the department meets Four Seasons’ high service, quality, and wellness standards. This position is pivotal in delivering personalized guest experiences while maintaining efficient spa operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily spa activities.
• Supervise therapists and spa team members, fostering professionalism and teamwork.
• Manage reservations, treatment schedules, and staff availability to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with quality, hygiene, presentation, and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special situations with professionalism.

Required profile

• Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Spa & Wellness, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or guest service.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
