Senior Software Engineer – Web Access (Agentic Search)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and operate the web‑access infrastructure for our novel agent‑native search platform. You will translate research on modern web communication into reliable, large‑scale production systems that enable AI agents to retrieve and reason over real‑world data.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse how contemporary websites interact with browsers throughout the request lifecycle.
• Investigate browser fingerprinting, client verification, and emerging web technologies to ensure stable web access.
• Develop tooling for browser instrumentation, debugging, observability, and large‑scale experimentation.
• Convert technical findings into production‑grade systems that operate at internet scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems.
• Deep knowledge of browser technologies, Chromium architecture, and web networking protocols.
• Proven ability to work on complex, distributed systems and translate research into production code.
