Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Integer is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies for its medical‑device portfolio. The role combines technical validation, process optimisation and cross‑functional project leadership to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop and implement new manufacturing technologies of significant scope and complexity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as protocols, reports, specifications and work‑instructions.
• Lead equipment and process validation activities in line with regulatory standards.
• Review and approve documentation produced by peers and engineering teams.
• Guide cross‑functional project teams, managing resources, risk and timelines to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or quality engineering experience, including at least 5 years in the medical‑device industry.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve complex manufacturing problems and drive continuous improvement.
