Senior Financial Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Auditor to lead comprehensive financial and process audits, ensure the reliability of financial reporting, and support the organization’s risk management and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document financial and operational audits, including scope definition, work programs and timelines.
• Assess financial statements, internal controls and regulatory compliance, with particular focus on SOX key controls.
• Identify risks, provide actionable recommendations and monitor the closure of remediation plans.
• Prepare and present executive audit reports to senior management, highlighting findings and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Participate in physical inventories, operational reviews and special audit projects.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques and audit‑technology tools to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors and corporate audit teams.
• Promote innovative audit approaches such as agile methods, emerging risk assessment and ESG considerations.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree or Master’s in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in evaluating internal controls, risk management and financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of International Auditing Standards (IIA) and COSO framework.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal‑control certification.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive quality and meet deadlines.
