Senior Client Partner – TikTok Advertising

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing team in the Dominican Republic as a Senior Client Partner focused on TikTok. You will help advertisers unlock TikTok’s full advertising potential by delivering tailored business solutions and building high‑impact relationships with top agencies and direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client objectives and design strategic TikTok advertising solutions that drive new business growth.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with Big‑6 agency groups, direct advertisers, and executive‑level stakeholders across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and proposals, using market insights, data, and platform knowledge.
• Partner with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and transition them to long‑term partners.
• Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and case studies that generate excitement and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and report on performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute operational initiatives and strategic growth plans.
• Act as a public speaker and platform evangelist, inspiring clients with compelling narratives about TikTok’s potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Established relationships with decision‑makers in the local market, especially within Big‑6 agencies and key advertisers.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and mobile advertising.
• Proven track record of scaling agency and direct‑advertiser investments.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong storytelling and public‑speaking skills.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
