Senior Amazon Account Manager – Agency Role

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to lead the performance of our brand clients on Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop. You will act as the primary point of contact, set strategy, and drive sales, advertising and growth initiatives while working remotely as part of a fast‑growing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales and advertising performance for assigned brands, including PPC strategy and optimisation.
• Design and execute promotions, deals, coupons and other growth initiatives tailored to each brand.
• Develop and present sales forecasts; collaborate with the Brand Director for approval.
• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships, reporting and meeting cadence.
• Lead and mentor Account Manager(s) on your accounts, reviewing work and setting daily priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central accounts at scale.
• Ability to build data‑driven sales forecasts and defend them with metrics.
• Comfortable owning client conversations and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Experience in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
• Nice‑to‑have exposure to Walmart or TikTok Shop account management.
