Scheduler - Kitchen Appliance Installations

About the role

A company that installs kitchen safety appliances is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler. You will be the main point of contact for customers and the installation team, managing installation and service appointments from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a reliable communicator who handles several priorities and keeps the schedule running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm and remind customers of installation and service appointments by phone, email and text
• Add, cancel or reschedule appointments on the request of customers or the team
• Coordinate technician and installer calendars so that jobs are assigned efficiently
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and inform customers and field staff quickly
• Give customers the information they need before their appointment
• Keep accurate job and scheduling records in the company systems
• Prepare schedules and reports as requested by management
• Provide excellent customer service and flag delays or issues early

Required profile

• Previous scheduling, dispatch or administrative experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to handle several tasks at once and solve problems quickly
• Proactive, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
