About the role

We are looking for an organized Operations & Provider Relations Assistant to manage email communications with healthcare providers, case managers, and insurance partners. The role involves verifying information, scheduling appointments, and securing digital signatures.

Key responsibilities

• Email coordination with providers, case managers, and insurance partners.
• Verify client details, insurance eligibility, and authorization data.
• Prepare and send intake packets, service agreements, and track digital signatures.
• Schedule initial assessments and care consultations.
• Maintain accurate client files and internal databases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or coordinator role.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on missing paperwork.
• Desire to learn the home‑care business and advance into operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email communication.
• Experience using digital signature tools such as DocuSign.
• Basic software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
