Sales Development Representative II (SDR II) - On-Site

About the role

ITR Dominicana is hiring an on-site Sales Development Representative II in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The SDR II generates pipeline and revenue by calling provided leads, qualifying them and closing deals. The role reports to the Head of Sales Development II.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify leads with $10k+ in IRS tax debt and/or 4 or more unfiled tax years, and confirm interest in professional help
• Disqualify prospects seeking help for property taxes, child support or student loans, and submit payments and documents for deal completion
• Achieve Monday-Thursday: 400 outbound dials or 3.5 hours of talk time; Friday: 200 dials or 2.5 hours
• Check emails, call back on missed calls and texts, and respond promptly to internal chat messages
• Update daily Velocify reports, add accurate notes and dispositions to leads, and keep the priority view up to date
• Maintain accurate entries in ITR Hub

Required profile

• Exceptional English fluency, with strong active listening and written communication
• Highly tech-savvy, able to use CRMs and communication platforms
• Resilient, self-reliant and adaptable to fast-paced change
• Available Monday-Thursday 9:00-6:30 PM EST, Friday 9:00-3:00 PM EST, with optional Saturday 10:00 AM-1:00 PM EST
