Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English + Spanish)

About the role

Femme Works Solutions LLC, a woman- and minority-owned company specializing in asbestos removal, mold remediation and selective demolition, is hiring a full-time, in-office Bilingual Customer Service Representative in its Bonao office. Fluent English and Spanish are required. The representative is the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, explaining services and guiding customers through project processes and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email and message in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, organized customer records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to give accurate project updates.
• Resolve basic issues and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Meet service goals and keep customer satisfaction and trust high.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (required).
• Proactive, driven and accountable; strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail and ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, college studies or a degree, and experience in construction, environmental services or related fields.

Required skills

• Confidence with computers, Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• CRM software.
