Processing Associate Coach

About the role

The Processing Associate Coach trains, coaches, develops and supports Processing Associates so they can perform their work accurately, efficiently and consistently. The coach acts as a development resource for the Processing Department, helping associates improve their knowledge, productivity, quality and overall performance. The position is listed as remote but has a fixed on-site schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Train and onboard new Processing Associates, covering procedures, systems, workflows and performance expectations, and keep training materials up to date.
• Hold biweekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions, give clear and actionable feedback, and follow up on goals and coaching items.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and provide targeted coaching or retraining.
• Coach associates toward the department's productivity expectations and help them improve efficiency, prioritization and time management while keeping accuracy.
• Spot recurring errors, knowledge gaps and procedural inconsistencies, partner with QA and leadership on them, and provide retraining where needed.
• Work with the Processing Team Lead and department leadership on training and performance needs, and support new processes and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of training, coaching and development, track trainee progress, and report performance trends to leadership.

Required profile

• Must have a Social Security Number.
• Advanced English, spoken and written.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and employee development skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to analyze productivity and performance trends and give constructive feedback while maintaining accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in relevant internal systems and standard office tools.
• Ability to explain processes clearly and effectively.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (EST) and Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (EST), weekends off; schedules are fixed and based on business needs. Apply through the employer's application form.
