Room Service Manager

About the role

The Room Service Manager oversees daily operations of the In‑Room Dining service at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring personalized, high‑quality service that meets the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and supervise all aspects of room service operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate order delivery.
• Train and coach team members on service standards, luxury sequence of service and order‑taking accuracy.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and special situations while maintaining satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a supervisory or management position within hospitality.
• Fluent English with strong guest‑service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate cross‑departmental activities.
