Room Service Manager

About the role

The Room Service Manager oversees daily operations of the In‑Room Dining department at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring personalized, high‑quality service that meets the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and supervise all aspects of room service, from order taking to delivery, guaranteeing compliance with Four Seasons quality and timeliness standards.
• Train, coach and support team members on service standards, luxury sequence of service and order‑taking accuracy.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and special situations while maintaining guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Administration, Food & Beverage or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Fluent English with strong guest‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality, hygiene and food safety standards.

Required skills

• Understanding of luxury service protocols and room‑service operations.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage guest expectations.
