Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its resort in the Dominican Republic, which features 95 keys, 25 branded residential homes, 8 food and beverage outlets and wellness facilities on a 60-acre beachfront site. The role supports the restaurant's daily operations, ensures smooth service, maintains high standards and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the supervision of the restaurant's daily operations.
• Coordinate and support the service team during each shift.
• Follow up on service, presentation, hygiene and safety standards.
• Attend to guest requests, feedback and needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other food and beverage areas for efficient service.
• Support scheduling, operational coverage and team requirements.
• Follow up on inventory, supplies and proper use of resources.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts or high-end restaurants.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage high-volume operations.
