Pool and Beach Manager

About the role

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is looking for a Pool and Beach Manager. The role leads and oversees pool and beach operations, including restaurant and food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of service, organization, safety and an exceptional guest experience. The resort sits on a 60-acre beachfront site in Playa Esmeralda, northeastern Dominican Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the pool and beach areas.
• Lead, organize and support the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure the smooth operation of restaurant and food and beverage services in the assigned areas.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Follow up on guest needs and requests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage, pool, beach or related operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
