About the role

Lead the culinary operations of the restaurant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring a high‑level dining experience that aligns with the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining quality, presentation, flavor and consistency of every dish.
• Supervise, train and develop the culinary team while ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety and handling standards.
• Manage inventory, control food costs, minimize waste and support menu development.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a smooth and exceptional dining experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Chef, Senior Sous Chef or similar role in luxury hospitality or high‑end restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams.
• Strong focus on quality, attention to detail and guest experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
