About the role

The company is looking for a Spanish‑speaking Sales Representative to work in its call‑center office in Santo Domingo. You will handle both outbound calls and inbound inquiries to promote products and services while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products and services.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Achieve established sales targets and record accurate information in company systems.
• Maintain detailed logs of calls and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and objection handling.
• Excellent oral and written communication and persuasion skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on goals and problem‑solving.
• Proactive attitude, good time management and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with software tools and CRM systems.

What we offer

• Base salary of RD$20,000 per month.
• Commission ranging from RD$25,000 to RD$90,000 (average RD$35,000).
• Medical insurance and statutory benefits.
• Full‑time schedule: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• On‑site work at our Santo Domingo office.
