About the role

The Commercial Representative will lead the management of strategic accounts across the Caribbean region, strengthening relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors and key customers. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, executing consultative sales strategies and contributing to the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned strategic accounts in the Caribbean.
• Strengthen commercial relationships with hospitals, labs, distributors and key clients.
• Identify business expansion opportunities and execute sales plans aligned with targets.
• Lead meetings, negotiations and presentations with decision‑makers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market analyses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an integrated, high‑quality customer experience.
• Represent the company at commercial visits, industry congresses and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development or key‑account management.
• Proven experience managing relationships with corporate clients and distributors.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Valid U.S. visa and passport, with willingness to travel throughout the Caribbean.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
