Remote Customer Support Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Team Lead to be the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role you will drive excellent service, streamline communications, and support sales and benefits initiatives—all from home.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients across phone, email and chat, handling inquiries about insurance sales, benefits administration and general account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote services and uncover new sales opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients while adhering to company policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improve service delivery and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that boost client engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
