Remote Customer Support Concierge (US Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Concierge to be the front‑line of the patient experience for a fast‑growing telehealth company. You will work US business hours, handling inbound inquiries across multiple channels and guiding customers from first contact through treatment initiation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel inbound support (email, chat, phone) for patients in US time zones.
• Verify pharmacy orders against prescribed products and dosages.
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Follow up on inbound leads, track conversion pipelines, and drive treatment start‑ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, SOPs, FAQs, and response templates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, account management, or concierge‑style service.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and support platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
• Proven ability to handle inbound support across email, chat, and phone.
• Experience verifying order accuracy and working with fulfillment or pharmacy partners.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+ CEFR) for both voice and written interactions.
