Recruiting Specialist – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to support our talent acquisition efforts. In this position you will help fill staffing needs, build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, conduct phone screens and interview candidates to assess experience, education, skills and salary expectations.
• Utilize sourcing tools, social networks, referrals and traditional methods to attract talent.
• Schedule interviews, administer assessments and maintain candidate results.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements and keep a robust candidate pipeline.
• Support employee onboarding and perform general HR duties as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing.
• Advanced bilingual English proficiency.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
