Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

TransPerfect is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Special Projects team. In this fast‑paced environment, you will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent and act as an advisor for recruitment strategy. The role blends full‑cycle recruiting with special projects that add value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, test, and refer candidates for senior‑level positions as required by clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and secure future job orders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, testing, and offer negotiation.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with universities, attend career fairs, and organize on‑site interviews.
• Cold‑call and actively recruit experienced candidates for various roles.
• Lead special recruitment projects such as conferences and events.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency.
• Proven ability to source candidates proactively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
