About the role
The Hotel Baramar Nagua is looking for a night‑shift receptionist to welcome guests, manage front‑desk operations and provide excellent customer service during evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in guests arriving after regular daytime hours.
- Handle telephone calls, reservations and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest requests and resolve minor issues during the night shift.
Required profile
- University student or recent graduate.
- Completed courses in customer service or related fields.
- Age 20 years or older.
- Male or female candidates accepted.
- Available to work night‑time schedules.
- Residency in Nagua is required.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
