Quality Inspector I-2

About the role

Integer is seeking an entry‑level Quality Inspector to support inspection and testing of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. The role follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System guidelines, working with moderate supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections of raw materials, in‑process assemblies, and finished products according to specifications.
• Utilize measurement tools such as pin gauges, calipers, optical comparators, SmartScope and pull testers, ensuring equipment is calibrated.
• Identify non‑conforming items, segregate them and initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Compile quality records, reports and documentation while applying Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Support material transactions in Oracle and participate in first‑article inspection processes.
• Update Certificates of Conformance (COC) and Certificates of Analysis (COA) via customer portals (SQM, eCert).
• Contribute to problem‑solving activities, continuous‑improvement projects and may train colleagues on inspection techniques.

• Good communication skills for documenting findings and supporting other departments.
