Electromecánico – Mantenimiento en industria alimentaria

About the role

We are looking for an Electromechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment in a food processing environment. The role ensures continuous operation, product quality and safety by keeping machinery in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust machinery and equipment to guarantee proper functioning.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the annual plan and corrective maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with machine operators to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Maintain work conditions that preserve product quality and safety.
• Attend training sessions and apply the acquired knowledge.
• Follow industrial safety, BPM, quality and ISO standards.
• Clean equipment, machinery and work areas as instructed.
• Report daily on executed preventive and corrective work orders.
• Ensure the work area is left clean and free of objects after maintenance.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (high school or technical diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP and management policies.
