Job description

About the role

Support the procurement and purchasing functions within the organization by analyzing requisitions, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, analyze, and follow up on requisitions generated through the requisition system.
  • Identify and develop suitable suppliers for various purchasing categories.
  • Request, analyze quotations and prepare approved purchase orders.
  • Track open purchase orders through completion, closure and invoice receipt.
  • Maintain expense versus budget reports and keep open purchase order reports up to date.

Required profile

  • Student or technical level in Business Administration, Marketing, or Accounting.
  • 1 year and 6 months of experience in purchasing, supply, or procurement.
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Required skills

  • Intermediate‑level Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems and requisition tools.
