About the role
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the national fleet remains available and reliable. This role oversees all maintenance activities, guaranteeing that vehicles are serviced on schedule while optimizing financial resources.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the availability and reliability of the fleet across the country.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Monitor maintenance performance and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets and optimize the use of financial resources related to fleet upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising fleet or workshop maintenance operations.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost‑optimization practices in a maintenance context.
- Ability to work at a national level, coordinating with multiple sites.
