Supply Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Operations Coordinator is responsible for capturing data on all voyages, producing reports, and supporting contractual strategy through accurate recording, analysis, verification, and coding of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate shipping and inspector source documentation – volumes, product quality and load dates.
• Receive purchase orders, produce sales invoices, and reconcile PRNI at month end.
• Accurately produce demurrage invoices and cost build‑ups, entering purchase orders into the corporate financial accounting system.
• Receive products into inventory, ports, vessels and storage, using outturn reports and Bill of Lading information to finalize cost build‑ups.
• Produce all applicable import documentation within customs‑mandated deadlines.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in business administration, finance or accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to deliver timely results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial statements analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
