Program Manager

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams on globally integrated new product development programs. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring they meet schedule, cost, and quality targets for a range of circuit breaker and meter products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead programs from concept to launch using a phased gated process framework.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans covering scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk, and communications.
• Allocate resources, identify gaps, and coordinate with resource managers to meet program needs.
• Monitor performance, report status, and adjust plans to address variances.
• Identify, mitigate, and capitalize on program risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive financial accountability and apply decision‑quality frameworks.
• Recognize and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary product development programs.
• Strong ability to work with senior decision‑makers and hold them accountable.
