Product Manager - Hotel Partnerships

About the role

This Product Manager role is open to candidates in Punta Cana. You will manage hotel partner relationships and optimise rate and availability performance through targeted, data-driven actions, supporting the Contracting team to maximise commercial outcomes and partner engagement. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct relationships with hotel partners and support engagement across the portfolio
• Manage contractual allocations, last-minute availability and overall portfolio occupancy
• Collaborate with hotels and the Contracting Manager on promotions and special offers
• Review, accept or negotiate stop sales based on market and performance insights
• Evaluate production data and implement follow-up actions to protect and grow performance
• Carry out competitiveness reporting and regular price comparisons
• Support the setup and activation of BAR contracts
• Assess, investigate and recover third-party bookings to direct contract
• Train hotel partners on supplier interfaces and system features
• Analyse market and trading data, key fair periods and key/ad-hoc reports to maximise rate and availability opportunities

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience integrating with or managing connectivity across leading hospitality PMS, including IBS, Omnibees, SiteMinder and SynXis
• Commercial awareness in the travel industry
• Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with openness to learning AI tools
• Strong communication, influencing, teamwork and time management skills
• Proactive, creative problem solving
