About the role
St. Patrick School is looking for a Preschool Teacher Assistant to support early childhood education students during the 2026‑27 school year. The role involves working closely with lead teachers to foster academic and interpersonal growth for preschool‑aged children in a collaborative classroom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering classroom activities.
- Support students in developing academic skills and social interactions.
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide assistance with classroom organization and material preparation.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education or Psychology program.
- Strong oral and written English language proficiency.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
