Admissions Manager – International School

About the role

As a key member of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications team, the Admissions Manager drives student enrolment and ensures prospective and current families receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with the school.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enable student enrolment growth across the school and affiliated campuses by designing and continuously optimizing MAC strategies.
• Manage the full admissions cycle from initial inquiry through enrolment, guaranteeing a seamless and high‑quality process.
• Coordinate and deliver school tours, open houses and other admissions events, providing a premium, personalized experience for prospective families.
• Track and manage the admissions pipeline, maintain accurate data, and drive conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and academic leaders to align messaging, support enrolment targets, and reinforce the school’s brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in admissions, sales, customer experience or marketing, preferably within an educational or international environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships and influence decision‑making.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism and the ability to represent the school at internal and external events.
