Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor supports the Spa Director in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Spa at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia, a 95-key luxury resort on the beachfront of Playa Esmeralda in the Dominican Republic. The role ensures compliance with the hotel's service, quality and wellness standards and contributes to an efficient Spa operation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Spa Director in planning, coordinating and overseeing daily Spa operations.
• Supervise and support therapists and Spa team members, promoting high standards of service, professionalism and teamwork.
• Anticipate guest needs and follow up on preferences and requests so every guest receives a personalized experience.
• Oversee reservations, treatments, schedules and team availability.
• Monitor compliance with Spa quality, hygiene, presentation and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and special situations professionally.

Required profile

• Educated in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Spa & Wellness or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, hospitality or guest service.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays, and flexibility according to operational needs.
