Pool and Beach Manager

About the role

The Pool and Beach Manager will lead all pool, beach, and associated food & beverage operations at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury, sustainable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of pool and beach areas, including restaurant and F&B service.
• Lead, organize, and support the team to maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Respond to guest needs and requests promptly to create memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in food & beverage, pool, beach, or related operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
