About the role
We are looking for proactive production personnel to join our bakery and pastry team. The role involves working on the production floor to ensure high‑quality baked goods are prepared efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, mixing, shaping, and baking of breads, pastries, and related products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Monitor production schedules and report any issues to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced bakery environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
