Assembler – Production Support

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an entry‑level Assembler to join its production support team in San Isidro. The role involves performing a variety of assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment, following visual aids and standard procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive production assembly operations using diagrams, schematics and written instructions.
• Set up initial layouts and use tools to prepare products, conducting continuity checks on work in process and completed items.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies as required.
• Support manufacturing operations, including machine setup, operation of automatic or semi‑automatic equipment, and reporting malfunctions.

Required profile

• Entry‑level position with little to no prior experience; work is clearly defined and closely supervised.
• Basic knowledge of production‑related systems and procedures; elementary school degree/GED or equivalent.
• Ability to follow standard procedures, record data, and communicate with immediate team members.
