About the role

The Cash Desk Associate will perform operational tasks in the cash area, delivering fast, precise, reliable and efficient service to customers. The role supports the bank’s business objectives and profitability while ensuring proper handling of documents and compliance with established policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cash transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service, offering personalized assistance.
• Handle and forward documents correctly, proposing improvements to current processes.
• Promote and sell bank products in accordance with service protocols.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures and regulatory norms.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in economics, administration, engineering, or related fields applicable to the banking sector.
• Manual dexterity and agility with keyboard use.
• Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of English (not mandatory).
