About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Business Advisor to join our team in the Distrito Nacional. The role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of clients by offering tailored financial products and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute contact programs with existing and potential clients following the Commercial Action Model.
• Identify business opportunities and strengthen relationships with the assigned portfolio.
• Process client requests for products and services, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Provide appropriate financial advice that matches each client’s needs and promotes value‑added solutions.
• Monitor commercial targets and management indicators linked to the position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution in an assistance‑level or similar role.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑orientation skills.
• Goal‑driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
