Patient Closer – Sales

About the role

Heva is an AI‑driven practice management platform that connects U.S. and international patients with vetted clinics in the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Colombia. As a Patient Closer you will bridge the gap between patient interest and paid procedures, guiding prospects through a structured, multi‑touch sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live patient conversations on WhatsApp and in‑platform channels, flagging high‑intent prospects instantly.
• Own the end‑to‑end closure journey, from first contact to secured payment and confirmed booking.
• Run multi‑touchpoint cadences across chat, voice and follow‑up to keep leads warm.
• Present pricing and financing options fluently using Stripe, Apple Pay, ACH, direct bank transfer and BNPL solutions (Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal).
• Handle objections related to cost, timing, trust, travel logistics and procedure concerns.
• Secure the payment moment and ensure a smooth handoff to the account manager or clinic.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time pipeline hygiene by logging every interaction in the Notion CRM.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultative, high‑ticket sales, preferably in medical, dental or travel sectors.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable selling exclusively via chat and messaging platforms, especially WhatsApp.
• Self‑directed, target‑driven and able to manage a fast‑moving, high‑volume pipeline.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and pipeline reporting.
