English Sales Account Executive - BSS

About the role

This non‑exempt position reports to a Sales Conference Manager and focuses on contacting qualified clients to assist them with debt relief solutions. The day‑to‑day work involves phone outreach, client enrollment, and documentation of interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and pass assessments provided during a sales training seminar.
• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce CRM software.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company‑sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management, which may change based on company baselines.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Over 2 years of experience in consulting, financial services, or a call‑center environment (plus).
• Strong business acumen, professionalism, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven sales experience with consistent achievement of revenue quotas.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
