Medical Sales Representative – Latin America

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive B2B growth across the Latin American healthcare market. The role combines direct sales to doctors, clinics, and hospitals with partnership development and account management in a fast‑growing global health‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers across Latin America.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, market research and proactive sourcing.
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in‑person sales presentations to prospective partners.
• Onboard new provider programs and ensure smooth transition from signed partnership to active account.
• Manage and strengthen ongoing provider relationships to support long‑term account growth.
• Accurately track sales activity, pipeline progress and customer issues.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience selling directly to medical providers.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage and close business within the Latin American healthcare market.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong professional communication skills.
• Based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina or the Dominican Republic.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for provider meetings and business development activities.
